Apple now accepting iOS 4 app submissions

Apple is now accepting iOS 4 apps for review so they can be ready for sale when iOS 4 is available to the iPhone and iPod touch users.  Yes, I just said iPhone and iPod touch users and not iPad users.  I've yet to see iPad in the materials provided by Apple.

What does this mean for the iPad?  When will iOS 4 come to iPad?  What are your thoughts?
